If your selection is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and an order will be placed that will be dispatched to you within three weeks.

Each piece is lovingly handmade in Kolkata, West Bengal. We promise it will be worth the wait! The pieces are then packaged with great care and shipped.

We personally select your piece, polish it by hand, and place it in our boxes to prepare it for shipping.

Free Shipping:

On all orders to be delivered within India we offer free Standard Shipping

Delivery Method:

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Dehlivery are delivered within 6-7 business days from the date of dispatch. *Delivery to metro locations will be faster.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL

Delivery Method:

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping (EMS, Indian Post) are delivered within 10-15 business days.

Orders shipped via Express Shipping (DHL) are delivered within 6-7 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping - Approx. starting price USD 25*

Express Shipping - Approx. starting price USD 50*

Please Note: Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.

In case of Fine jewellery, Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by Mangrove Avenue, however VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 14 days to do so. 

Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us by emailing 

sales@mangroveavenue.com

All items should be returned new, unused and in original Mangrove Avenue packaging.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs, international taxes or import duties incurred. 

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office or any courier company of your choice, as we can only be responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store. 

As the responsibility for international customs duties and local VAT/GST (outside of India) lie with the customer, Mangrove Avenue is unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. 

Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or in a faulty condition and for orders cancelled before dispatch under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).
